Hop in, belt up

Driving for work - tirednessThere's a reason behind most things we do. For example, you rent your car through easyCar because you can trust us to give you a cheap and reliable service. You put on your seat belt in that car because you can trust it to possibly save your life.

Putting on your seat belt should be as automatic as starting the engine. Surprisingly, some people forget this basic, yet life-saving, action. In fact, not wearing a seat belt is still the cause of a high number of deaths and serious injuries.

Of the 1,612 people killed in road accidents in 2006, 34% weren't wearing a seat belt. It's estimated that if they had, 350 lives would have been saved.

It's so simple; wearing a seat belt could save your life. In a crash, someone not wearing a seat belt is more likely to die than someone wearing a seat belt. So what's stopping you? THINK! Always wear a seat belt.
