Free cancellation with easyCar

To protect against a change of travel plans putting you out of pocket, easyCar has introduced a new service that allows you to book your car hire with even more confidence.

You can cancel your car hire free of charge within 24 hours of placing the booking, providing the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before you pick up the car.

Additional Cancellation Option

And now, for just £9.99 per rental, easyCar is giving you the option to cancel whenever you want without losing your right to refund, as long as it's 48 hours before the pick up time and date. This means that you have the freedom to book early and take advantage of our low cost special promotions safe in the knowledge that if your plans change, cancelling the booking won't be a problem.

As is our way, it's very simple to add this benefit to your online car hire booking. All you need to do is click on the yes button for the Booking Cancellation Option after you have selected the car. Without this cancellation protection, should you cancel your car hire more than 24 hours after the booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to cancel your booking?
